How long do your handmade soaps last?

Our handmade soaps have a shelf life of 12–18 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once in use, a bar typically lasts 2-3 weeks with proper care.

How do I make my soap bar last longer?

Keep your soap on a well-draining soap dish between uses so it can dry out fully. Avoid leaving it sitting in water, as this softens the bar and shortens its life. Store unused bars in a cool, dry spot — a linen cupboard works perfectly.

Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Many of our soaps are formulated with gentle, skin-loving ingredients ideal for sensitive skin. Look for bars labelled "sensitive" or "gentle" in our range. If you have a specific skin condition or allergy, we recommend checking the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing.

Which soap is best for my skin type?

What ingredients do you use?

Where do you source your ingredients?

We're committed to ethical and sustainable sourcing. We prioritise Australian-grown and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, and carefully vet our suppliers to ensure quality and transparency.

Are your soaps vegan and cruelty-free?

Most of our soaps are vegan and all are cruelty-free — we never test on animals. Any products containing beeswax or honey are clearly labelled. Check individual product pages for details.

Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location — typically 3–7 business days within Australia.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of handmade soap and hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.
